About Us: Our promoters’ vision of a better tomorrow with an environmentally sustainable society and the dream of sustaining the circular economy, which is a new era for the glass waste, evolved the idea of a Glass Recycling Factory (GRF). GRF is Qatar’s first state-of-the-art recycling factory that recycles waste glass from food and beverage glass containers, flat glasses, and windshields.
Since glass is endlessly recyclable infinite times, like no other product, GRF with its high-end European technology emphasizes on optically color sorted and contaminant free (ceramic, stone and porcelain) glass cullets ensuring a premium and high-quality output, i.e., the glass cullets that are color sorted to flint, amber and green. These premium cullets are further sold to the food and beverage glass container manufacturers in Qatar as well as worldwide. GRF will be a pioneer in closing the circular loop of glass waste in Qatar, thereby also emphasizing on a bottle-to-bottle recycling concept.

Our Mission
Our Mission is to educate communities and spread awareness about the importance of proper waste segregation at disposal stage. We are committed to closing the circular loop of glass waste and promoting glass collection in a way that improves the quality of recycled glass, contributing to a reduction in CO2 emissions during glass manufacturing and, simultaneously, reducing glass waste in landfills.
Our Vision
At Glass Recycling Factory, we aim to significantly contribute to a Green Qatar through our products and processes, committed to reducing the country's use of natural resources and waste generation. Our collaboration spans the entire value chain, from producer to consumer, including collections and municipalities, bringing together various community members in our CSR initiatives and contributing to the Sustainable Vision 2030 of Qatar.
